Luggage screening screw-up

I accidentally left my dceased brother's army knife in my carry-on luggage for my flight on April 27th from LAX to JFK on Jet Blue airlines.the screeners were very nice and they gave me a phone number to try to retrieve the old knife after it was picked up by the company who disperses items not allowed in carry-on luggage.I never got the knife back.BUT today I found out when applying for an apartment that my social security number has been flagged and has me listed as a possible terrorist!!! I need help and a notarized letter---I have written to JetBlue and TSA--I prefer to speak on the phone to a live person!!!! This is so horrible to me to be on a list of freaks!!!
